The grapes for this slightly off-dry Gewurtztraminer, come from vineyards situated close to those originally planted by Dr. Konstantin Frank in the late 1950s. Prolonged skin contact and a slow fermentation retain aromatic personality of the grapes. The nose shows rose, honey, spice and citrus notes and the palate has good weight and texture with a touch of minerality.
