Crafted from three different wards and soils in Stellenbosch, each contributing to the complexity. During fermentation, the separate components were transferred into 400-litre fine-grain oak barrels then aged on its lees for 12 months. Aromas of lime, melon and herbs, citrus and elderflower on the palate. Elegant fruit and integrated French oak flavours give a creamy mouth feel and a long, fresh finish.
