The cuvée ELIA is made from the Colombard grape which has a unique property of having a naturally low alcohol content, between 9° and 11°. Thanks to slightly earlier harvesting than conventional Côtes de Gascogne wines and by interrupting the fermentation before all the sugar has been consumed, total alcohol is kept down to 9°
