A blend of Viognier and Roussanne (the former making up about two thirds) sourced from both granitic terraces and alluvial plains. About 20% of the finished wine is matured on its fine lees in two-year-old oak barrels, the rest also remains on its ?lees' in larger vats. Notes of dried fruits, hazelnut and a touch of honey. Viognier brings its finesse and aromatic richness, Roussanne brings strength and roundness, mango, apricot and tropical fruit on the palate gives an exotic note.
