Bob Watts established a great reputation for the quality of his superb white Graves, a tradition now being carried on by his daughter and son-in-law. This wine is made using 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Some of the Sémillon is barrel-fermented to give a delicious toasty-vanilla note on the palate.
