Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown only 7.5 miles away from the Pacific Ocean in the Manzanar Vineyard, which benefit from its cooling influence, are employed in this aromatic wine. Aged on its lees for three months to heighten the varietal character and lend texture and mouth-feel, it shows nervy acidity and minerally flavours blended with aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, green chilli pepper and passionfruit.
