This cherry-coloured, dry, fruity rosé is made using the local Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena grapes. After harvesting, the crushed grapes are left on the skins for 24 hours to extract sufficient colour before fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bottled within six months to capture all the fresh summer fruit and berry flavours. Reserved exclusively for the on-trade.
