Ruby in colour with hints of purple. The nose displays intense aromas of fresh cherry and plum, with a touch of dried herbs. A lot of fruit on the palate with a little black pepper and supple tannins on the finish. Roasted food like pork shoulder, roasted mushrooms and vegetables as well as cheesy pasta.
