After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels for six months, mostly second or third use. Carmine-red with purple highlights, this Pinot Noir has a nose redolent of red-fruit and fruit tree blossom; the palate has fine, smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity which carries the fruit flavours to the finish.
