Made from a blend of grapes from the cool Casablanca Valley and the warmer Maule Valley, hence the wine is described as coming from the Central Valley. The grapes are fermented in open tanks, with native yeasts and aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Bright cherry and strawberry flavours with a rich, velvety finish.
