Neige Premiere is made from the pressed juice of apples, which is concentrated as it freezes during the cold Québec winters. A minimum six-month fermentation takes place before bottling, resulting in aromas of freshly picked ripe apple with striking intensity. A crisp flavourful palate, sweet with balancing acidity. Best served chilled!
