Already favoured by many English wine producers for its ability to flourish in the UK, this adds an extra dimension to the grape variety. With characteristic aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower, the palate has a fine mousse, with tropical and floral flavours leading to a crisp texture and a refreshing finish.
