Made from the Cortese grape, grown in north-facing vineyards with a cool mesoclimate, 350m above sea level. The wine gets its name from the town of Gavi, situated in the south-east of Piemonte. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on its fine lees. It shows white flower and green fruit aromas, with a touch of honey and minerality on the palate.
