Made from a blend of about 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir grapes grown in Chandon?s high-altitude vineyards in the cool climate of the Andes foothills in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. Chandon Argentina was Moët & Chandon?s first vineyard holding outside France. Made by the Méthode Traditionelle, the fizz develops in the bottle the wine is finally poured from, as in Champagne; it shows notes of citrus fruit and white peach alongside subtle hints of bread and brioche.
