This intensely-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc shows grassy and gooseberry aromas, with rich citrus and green fruit on the palate. Bottled five months after the vintage, during which time the wine has rested on the yeast lees to enhance the flavour complexity. Made from grapes sourced from eight estates in Rapaura, Fairhall, Renwick and Brancott.
