A deep-coloured rosé made mostly from Shiraz. The juice is allowed only a brief period of maceration on the skins to extract sufficient colour before draining off and fermenting in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruit. Vinified slightly off-dry to enhance the fresh summer-fruits, aromas and palate.
