From grapes grown on the beautiful Knorhoek Farm, which has some of the highest vineyards in Stellenbosch. A blend of several vineyard lots, each harvested and vinified separately. The wine is made using skin contact, a long, cool-fermentation and extended lees contact. An outstanding wine, with both grapefruit and herbaceous character.
