Password Changes
At Matthew Clark we take our responsibility to protect your account details seriously and have made a commitment to keep your details safe online. As part of this commitment, from 14:00 on 29th May we will be rolling out new password security features for your Matthew Clark Live account. It’s all about keeping access to your data secure.
What do you need to do?
When you log in to matthewclarklive.com for the first time after 14:00 on 29th May, using your current login details, you will be asked to provide a new password for the account. This new password must contain at least six characters, including one upper and lowercase character, one digit and one symbol (e.g. $ £ @ #).
You can continue to use your account as normal, using your new password for future login. You can change your password at any time afterwards using the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.
Is there anything else you should know?
Your login details to the Matthew Clark E-billing portal, or any other Matthew Clark services, are not affected by this change. Your E-billing password can be changed at any time by clicking the ‘Forgotten your login details?’ link.
Your data and current login credentials remain secure and will continue to be after the development. There is no need to update your password in advance of this change.
